Who we are
profiledcareers.com is operated by Profiled Careers Pty Ltd, PO Box 80, Blackheath, NSW 2785, Australia. This notice is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). What we collect, and why
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, the site that referred you, approximate (city‑level) location, and device and browser type. Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner, and Google Analytics 4 does not record full IP addresses. We use this to improve our content and navigation.
Forms. When you submit our Support, Recruiter Waitlist, or Newsletter forms, we collect the details you enter (such as your name, email address, company, and message). We use these to respond to you, to manage the recruiter waitlist, and — where you opt in — to send you our newsletter.

Email & marketing
Our newsletter and recruiter‑waitlist emails are sent using AWeber. We use confirmed (double) opt‑in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link — you can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep your data
We keep form submissions only as long as needed: support enquiries for up to 12 months, recruiter‑waitlist entries for up to 24 months, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics 4 retention settings.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of trusted processors to run the site: Google (analytics), AWeber (email delivery), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@profiledcareers.com.
