Only what your public page shows: your name, title, elevator pitch and narrative, the public half of each role, your Strong, Moderate and Gaps & Growth Areas skill columns, and your FAQ, plus the rules you wrote on the AI Instructions tab. It is never given your private context, so it cannot reveal what it was never given.

The chat’s knowledge is your public content, by construction. When a visitor asks your profile a question, the AI answers from the same material any visitor could read on the page, plus the rules you wrote in Tab 8, and nothing more. Your private reflections, honest notes and Values tab are never given to it.
Your FAQ is part of what it reads. The question-and-answer pairs you write on the FAQ tab are public, and the chat references them — so if visitors keep asking something you want answered a particular way, writing the FAQ entry is the reliable way to shape the answer.
Your AI Instructions steer how it answers. They are rules you write in Tab 8 — AI Instructions, and the chat is given them each time it answers. They are not displayed on your profile page, but the chat follows them and may mention them to visitors, so write only instructions you would be comfortable with a hiring manager reading.
Every conversation is logged for you. AI Activity in the sidebar records the questions visitors ask, so you can read exactly what has been asked and how often — useful both for reassurance and for deciding what to add to your FAQ. Ask AI About Me shows what a visitor sees when the chat opens.
The fit assessment is a different feature with different rules. It uses your private context to ground its verdict, and it does not use your AI Instructions — that privacy boundary is explained in the article below.
