Yes — one button, next to the status dot at the top of the builder. Your profile returns to Draft and is removed from the recruiter directory, and your public address stops resolving until you publish again. Nothing is deleted. Your content, your private context and your AI Activity history all stay exactly as they were.

What changes immediately:
- Your profile status returns to Draft.
- You are removed from the recruiter directory, so recruiters can no longer find you there.
- Your public address stops resolving — visitors get a "page not found" rather than a stale copy of your page.
- The visitor chat and the fit assessment tool go with the page, so no new questions or assessments can be run against you.
What does not change: everything you wrote. Unpublishing is a visibility switch, not a delete. Republishing later restores the same page at the same address.
Unpublishing is not the same as deleting your account. If you want your data removed rather than hidden, that is a separate action in Settings with its own process and timeline.
Messages already sent to you stay in your inbox, and your AI Activity log keeps the record of questions asked and assessments run while you were published.
When you might want it: you have accepted a role and want to step out of view without losing the profile; you are mid-rewrite and would rather not have a half-edited page live; or you want to pause while you think about how much to share.
