Transcripts are kept for the period set in the Privacy Policy, then deleted automatically. You can delete them yourself at any time — individually or all at once — from Settings → Account data & privacy.

The retention period for the text transcripts of your voice sessions is set in the Privacy Policy, in §6 "Voice data" and §8 "Data retention". The same sections cover practice debriefs and the records of your voice sessions (their dates and the minutes used). The audio itself is never stored on Profiled’s servers. When the period ends, the transcript content is deleted without you doing anything.
Deleting sooner is self-serve. Open Settings → Account data & privacy → Manage and delete a single session’s transcript or clear all of them. Deletion takes effect immediately and does not require contacting support.
A practice debrief goes with its transcript. Deleting the transcript of a "Practice interview" also deletes that session’s debrief, and the confirmation says so: "Deleting a practice transcript also deletes its debrief." "Delete all my transcripts" removes every practice debrief too. A practice session started from one of your job fit checks is deleted, transcript and debrief together, with that check’s job description if that comes sooner. The Privacy Policy sets this out in §6 "Voice data" and §8 "Data retention".
Other records have their own retention periods — visitor chats, the job descriptions submitted for fit assessments, data-export files and billing records among them. The Privacy Policy lists them in §8 "Data retention".
Deleting your account removes transcripts sooner — they are erased with the rest of your personal data on the account-deletion timeline rather than waiting out the retention period.
Transcripts are yours to take with you. The self-serve data export includes your voice sessions and transcripts, so deleting them from Profiled does not have to mean losing your own copy — export first if you want one.
