It is a weighted 0–100 sum across the nine tabs, and you need at least 50 to publish. The weights are Basics 10, Narrative 20, Experience 25, Skills 15, Gaps 10, Values 10, FAQ 5, AI Instructions 5 — portfolio is not currently scored. It updates as you fill sections, and the band above 75 is the one worth aiming for.

What each section actually counts — this is where most of the head-scratching happens:
- Basics counts exactly three fields: name, title, location. Salary range and your three links do not move the score, though they are still worth filling for visitors.
- Narrative counts only the elevator pitch, at full points once it passes 100 characters. The other six narrative fields add depth but no score.
- Experience wants three roles that each have a company, a title and at least one private-context field. A role with no private context scores nothing at all, however complete its public half looks.
- Skills counts your first three Strong skills, plus a bonus as soon as one Gap skill exists. Moderate skills do not score.
- Gaps gives full points at two or more entries.
The bands. Below 50 you cannot publish. Between 50 and 75 you will see an amber note — that the profile may not sustain deep AI questioning — on any tier, and publishing is still allowed. Above 75 the dashboard tells you the profile has real depth and is ready to publish when you are.
The fastest way up is usually private context on your Experience roles: it is the heaviest single weight at 25 points, it is the section most people leave empty, and a role scores zero without it. Adding one private field to each of three roles moves the score more than filling any other tab.
Portfolio is not currently scored, and portfolio items are not yet shown on your public profile — add your links so they are ready when the public rendering ships, but today they will not lift your score or be seen by visitors.
