You will get a confirmation email you need to click, then a short welcome email confirming you are on the list. After that, invites go out in small waves as we grow capacity — we are not putting a date on it, because a date we cannot keep is worse than no date. Nothing else is required from you in the meantime.
Detail
Step one: confirm. Joining the list sends a confirmation email. Your place is not held until you click the link in it. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Step two: the welcome email. Once confirmed, you’ll get a short email confirming you are on the priority list. It includes a link if you want to ask for an invite directly with some context about your situation.
Step three: waiting. Profiled is invite-only during the beta and invites are released in small waves. The limit is how many people we can support properly at once, not a queue position you can improve. Joining twice, or joining through both routes, does not move you up.
There is nothing to check and no status page — when your invite is ready, it arrives by email at the address you confirmed. Make sure that address is one you read.
If your circumstances change and you would like to explain why the timing matters, the support form at profiledcareers.com/support has a Request beta invite topic that reaches a person.
