Dashboard → Settings → Account data & privacy → Manage, then "Download my data" on the "Export your data" card. It is self-serve on every tier, and you get a ZIP of JSON and CSV files with a README listing exactly what is inside.

How to do it: open Settings from the sidebar, find the panel titled "Account data & privacy", click "Manage", and on the "Export your data" card click "Download my data". The ZIP is usually built in a few seconds and the download starts by itself. Every button and message on that card is described in Settings → Account data & privacy: export, voice transcripts, delete account.
What the export contains: your profile and account, experiences, skills, gaps, values, FAQ, AI instructions, voice sessions and transcripts, audit entries about you, consent records, subscriptions, support conversations, and more — the README in the ZIP is the authoritative inventory.

Every file is in every ZIP. A file with nothing in it for your account is empty, and on a candidate account most of the last group will be.
A few things are left out of the files on purpose. Visitor identifiers are not in the view events or the chat files, so you see what was asked but not who asked it. Links and keys that would still work if someone else got hold of the ZIP, such as an unused invitation link, are left out. So are the names of Profiled staff and their internal notes. Your answers to the optional equality questions, if you gave any, are not in this automatic export either: email privacy@profiledcareers.com for a copy or a correction, or delete them yourself from Settings → "Optional equality questions". The Privacy Policy covers them.
The practical limits:
- One export per 24 hours. If you ask again within 24 hours of your last export, you get that same export again. A new one is not built.
- The file is available for the period set in §8 "Data retention" of the Privacy Policy, then deleted; each download link is created fresh when you click, from your signed-in account, and expires shortly afterward, so start the download straight away and do not share the link. Until it expires, you can download the same export as often as you need.
- During the beta, exports are capped at an estimated 25 MB or 50,000 rows. The size is estimated before anything is built. If your account exceeds the cap, no export is built and the card shows a message with an address to write to for an assisted export. You can also ask through the support form.
Stated honestly: a few record types that concern two people at once — for example the fit assessments recruiters have run against you — are not yet included in the self-serve export while the privacy balance for the other party is worked through. Not yet included:
- Messages between you and a recruiter
- The record that a recruiter contacted you, and contact requests sent to a recruiter
- Fit assessments a recruiter ran against your profile
- A recruiter’s own pipelines and boards, and the list of candidates placed on them. The pipeline cards that carry your profile, and their history, are included
- Agency applications and the decision made on them
- Records of an agency member being removed from a team
- Records of an agency owner switching on oversight of a team member
The README in the ZIP lists the same records under "not yet included". Recruiter accounts are not open during the beta, so for most candidates these records are empty today. If you want any of them reviewed for your account, ask through the support form.
Before deleting your account, export first. Once the deletion is complete, the export can no longer be downloaded, and if you requested an export in the previous 24 hours the deletion flow will remind you to download it before you proceed.
This export satisfies the access and portability rights under GDPR (Articles 15 and 20) — you do not need to write a formal request for data the export already contains.
