Dashboard → Settings → Data → Export. It is self-serve on every tier, and you get a ZIP of JSON and CSV files with a README listing exactly what is inside.

What the export contains: your profile and account, experiences, skills, gaps, values, FAQ, AI instructions, voice sessions and transcripts, audit entries about you, consent records, subscriptions, support conversations, and more — the README in the ZIP is the authoritative inventory.
The practical limits:
- One export per 24 hours.
- The file is available for 7 days, then deleted; download links are generated freshly each time you click, and only work for you.
- During the beta, exports are capped at 25 MB or 50,000 rows. If your account exceeds that, email privacy@profiledcareers.com for an operator-assisted export.
Stated honestly: a few record types that concern two people at once — for example the fit assessments recruiters have run against you — are not yet included in the self-serve export while the privacy balance for the other party is worked through. Ask privacy@ if you need them.
Before deleting your account, export first. The export file is deleted with the account, and if you requested an export in the previous 24 hours the deletion flow will remind you to download it before you proceed.
This export satisfies the access and portability rights under GDPR (Articles 15 and 20) — you do not need to write a formal request for data the export already contains.
