The price and the billing rhythm. Monthly Pro is $12 per month; annual Pro is $120 per year — the same features, with the annual price working out to two months free ($24 saved) in exchange for paying the year up front.

Feature parity is total. There is no capability difference between the two: unlimited visitor chat and fit assessments, voice minutes, Candidate Insights, Opportunities — identical on both. The choice is purely about billing.
How each renews: monthly renews every month; annual renews once a year at $120. Cancelling either works the same way — access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free with your profile still published.
The 30-day guarantee applies to both. Your first Pro payment — monthly or annual — is covered by the 30-day full-refund guarantee, once per customer. An annual plan is not a bigger risk on that front: if Pro is not what you hoped in the first month, the guarantee covers the annual payment too.
Switching between the two after subscribing is not self-serve yet. The billing portal deliberately has no switch-plan option, so a monthly subscriber who wants annual (or the reverse) should contact support@profiledcareers.com — do not simply buy the second plan alongside the first.
Which to pick: monthly while you are deciding whether Pro earns its keep; annual once you know you will keep it — the saving is real and the guarantee still protects the first 30 days.
