Pending and Held are waiting states, not failures. A reward in Held is under review: one held because it was earned in your first 7 days releases on its own once your account is 7 days old, and any other Held reward waits for a review by the Profiled team. A reward in Pending is earned and on a hold, and the 2-month reward for an invitee who upgrades to paid Pro waits 31 days before it becomes Available. Only months in Available can be claimed.

What to check first. Open the Reward bank on the Refer & Earn screen. The Pending rewards table shows each reward’s status and, for a Pending reward, its release date. Read Available, not Total: 4.5 in Total and 0 in Available means everything is still on hold.
A half month in Pending. A daily check at 03:00 UTC adds it. It usually shows in Available within about a day of your invitee publishing. If it is still Pending a day after they published, contact support.
Held and your first week. A reward earned in your first 7 days goes to Held when it is recorded, and the daily check releases it automatically once your account is 7 days old. If it is still Held more than a day after that, contact support.
Held for another reason. Some rewards wait for a review by the Profiled team, for example when the person invited appears to be you, such as a "+" variation of your own email address. While a reward is under review, your dashboard shows "A referral reward is being reviewed." Rewards still waiting also move to Held after 6 months without a sign-in.
Pending and the 31-day hold. The hold is measured from the day the invitee upgraded, and a 1-month gift bonus waits the same 31 days. An upgrade reward or gift bonus released from Held waits in Pending for whatever is left of that hold. Once the release date in the table has passed, the next daily check moves it to Available on its own, unless the payment was refunded or the subscription ended.
