The Journey is a short list of milestones on your dashboard that ticks itself as you use Profiled, and reaching its bands earns additional Pro time. You see it only if you joined Profiled from a beta invitation during the closed beta. Everyone else sees nothing, and that is not a fault.
Detail
Where it appears. A "Your journey" card on the dashboard shows how many milestones are done, the next one to do and a "Go" button. The full list, with a link for each step, sits at the top of Onboarding & Training.
The milestones. The publishing checks (experience, skills, narrative, gap and name), a published profile, a self-check with Check a Job Fit, a look at your Insights, a referral invitation sent and, with Pro access, a completed voice practice session. Nothing is self-reported: each step ticks itself when the product records it, and a tick never comes off. A testimonial is listed as optional and does not count toward an award.
What you earn. Additional Pro time as you reach each band: Started, Published and Complete. The bands are cumulative, so moving up adds the difference rather than a second award. The figures and the program terms are under "Onboarding Journey" on the limits page.
Your receipt. An award appears on Onboarding & Training with the band reached, the months earned and its state:
- "Applied": your complimentary Pro now runs to the date shown.
- "Queued": you hold a referral reward, and the time is applied after that reward ends.
- "Deferred": you are on a paid plan, and the time is applied as complimentary time only if your paid plan ends. Nothing is credited or refunded against a paid plan.
When things update. A nightly update makes new awards and applies queued or deferred time on the day it becomes possible. A milestone shows as done once Profiled records it; any award it earns appears after the next nightly update.
Your set is fixed. The set of milestones you are measured against is fixed when your first award is made. Free profiles use the Free set, which leaves out voice practice; a paid plan or a referral reward moves you to the Pro set.
